In the Aurina Valley there are various stretches, which take you along the valley and which you can easily master by bike, without having to tackle too much in the line of changes in altitude. Along the stretch you will see traditional farms, well looked after cultural landscapes and nature as far as the eye can see. And it is not such a seldom sight to see a shy deer family or a swift wild hare at the edge of the forest. The more difficult mountain bike trails in the Valle Aurina Valley are an exciting adventure for experienced and trained bikers e.g. the tours from one alm to another, and whilst having the tasty traditional food, you can once again replenish any energy expended in getting there.
