Important pricing information

Child discounts:
0-2 years: 10€/day | 3-6 years: -40% | 7-16 years: -20%
Child discounts only when sharing with their parents (2 adults)

Surcharges:
Double room single occupancy: Surcharge 25,00 euros per day
Stay of 1 - 5 days + 10%

Bed and breakfast: Deduction of 10 euros from half board price

Payment: Cash, EC card, credit card

Booking confirmation:Deposit of 30% of the total amount by bank transfer or credit card (via PayPal to the e-mail address: info@hotel-sonja.it))

Payment: Please settle your room bill within the first 2 days of your stay.
You are also welcome to transfer the amount a few days in advance.

On the day of arrival the rooms are ready for occupancy from 15:00 hrs.
We request that you leave your rooms by 10:00 am on your day of departure.
 

Local tax

Local tax: : This payment is mandatory, is paid by the guests and is therefore collected by the host in addition to the total price. Children up to the age of 14 are exempt from the obligation to pay the guest contribution.
Rate per night and person (from 14 years): €2.90
 

Restaurant closed on Mondays

Anyone who knows us knows that we are a genuine family-run hotel, and we are very proud of that. In order to be able to maintain this, we are introducing a day off from Summer 2024. Therefore, there will be no dinner and no bar on Monday evenings. Breakfast will be served as usual.

This should not affect your enjoyable holidays. On this day, you have the opportunity to savour our regional delicacies on alpine pastures and in inns. You can also enjoy a pizza in one of the neighbouring pizzerias or have it delivered to the hotel.

You will receive a credit of €15 per person for each Monday evening.
 

CANCELLATION POLICY - WHEN SUDDENLY EVERYTHING CHANGES...

We hope that your holiday can start as planned. However, should something come up, please inform us as early as possible. We ask for our understanding for the following cancellation policy:

- Cancellation up to 30 days before the start of your holiday: free of charge, we will credit the deposit for a future booking.
- Cancellation from 30 days before the start of the holiday: 30% of the total booked package
- Cancellation less than 7 days before the day of arrival: 50 % of the booked package 
- early departure: 100% of the total booked services.
 

TRAVEL INSURANCE

We recommend that you take out travel insurance.
Whether you can't go on holiday at all or have to return early - protect yourself and simply book travel insurance.
